Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the website www.becay.com and the purchase of Becay products. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept these terms, together with our Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Exchanges Policy.

1. Owner

2. Use of the site

You must be of legal age to make a purchase. You agree to use the site in accordance with the law and good faith, to provide accurate and complete information in your orders and customer account, and not to introduce viruses or take actions that damage the site or the rights of third parties. We may suspend access or refuse orders in the event of a breach or reasonable signs of fraud.

3. Products and prices

Prices are displayed in your market's currency and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before you confirm your order, in accordance with the Shipping Policy; for the destinations indicated there, import duties and taxes are borne by the customer. Prices and availability may change without notice, without affecting orders already confirmed. We do our best to show the colours and details of the garments faithfully, although how they display may vary depending on your screen. If we detect an obvious pricing or description error in an order, we will let you know and you can either confirm it at the correct terms or cancel it with a full refund.

4. Ordering and payment

You place an order by adding products to the cart and completing checkout. Once you finish, you will receive a confirmation email; the contract is concluded at that moment. Payment is processed in encrypted form through the payment providers available at checkout (including Shopify Payments, PayPal and Klarna); Becay does not store full card numbers. We may limit or cancel orders showing signs of fraud or intended for resale, notifying you at the email provided.

5. Shipping

Delivery times, prices and conditions by destination are detailed in the Shipping Policy. Times are expressed in working days and start when the order leaves our warehouse.

6. Withdrawal, exchanges and returns

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason, through our returns and exchanges portal or by writing to hello@becay.store. The conditions, pickup costs by zone and exceptions (underwear and swimwear, for hygiene reasons) are detailed in the Returns and Exchanges Policy. The refund is made to the original payment method once the goods have been checked at our warehouse.

7. Legal guarantee

All products are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery provided for in the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users. If a garment shows a lack of conformity, write to hello@becay.store and we will repair it, replace it or, where appropriate, reduce the price or refund the amount.

8. Intellectual property

The Becay brand and all the contents of the site are owned by BECAY WEAR, S.L. or third-party licensors. They may not be reproduced or exploited without express authorisation.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants to consumers or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Beyond those cases, Becay is not liable for damage arising from misuse of the site, from interruptions beyond its control or from the content of linked third-party sites.

10. Customer service and complaints

For any questions, incidents or complaints, write to hello@becay.store; we will reply as soon as possible. In accordance with Spanish Law 7/2017, you may also turn to the accredited alternative consumer dispute resolution entities and to the public consumer services of your region.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the consumer's place of residence or, failing that, to those of Madrid (Spain).

12. Changes

We may update these terms by publishing the new version on this page; the applicable version will always be the one published at the time of your order.
