Returns and Exchanges

To make a return at BECAY, you can do so through our returns portal.

Through the portal, you can choose a refund, an item exchange, or a size exchange. Refunds will be processed automatically once the package has been checked at our warehouse.

This process may take 2 to 5 days from the date the package is received.
The return period cannot exceed 14 days from the date the customer receives the package at their address. BECAY may return the package to the customer if the product is washed, missing tags, or shows signs of use.

In case of a defect, manufacturing error, or receiving the wrong item, please email hello@becay.store with a photo, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note: Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.

When making an exchange or return, the following collection and shipping fees to our warehouse will apply:

1. Exchanges within mainland Spain: €4.90 collection and shipping fee, no additional cost for the new item.

2. Refunds: €6.90 collection and shipping fee.

3. Gift cards: No additional cost.

4. Exchanges and refunds – Balearic Islands: €6.90

5. Exchanges and refunds – Canary Islands: €15

6. Exchanges and refunds – Europe: €15

7. Exchange and refunds - UK: €18

8. Exchanges and refunds – Rest of the World: Not accepted
