You have 14 days from the day your order arrives. The whole process is handled online in a couple of minutes.

Go to the returns portal
Start the process with your order number. You can choose a refund, a different item or size, or a gift card. From the United Kingdom and the United States, a refund is the only option.

Get your parcel ready
Items must be unworn, unwashed and with their tag on. Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.

Get your refund or exchange
Your refund is issued automatically as soon as we check the parcel at the warehouse: 2 to 5 business days after it arrives.

Conditions
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Becay may send the parcel back to the customer if the item has been washed, is missing its tag or shows signs of wear.
Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.
From the United Kingdom and the United States we only accept refunds: no exchanges and no gift cards. The collection fee is charged in euros and deducted from your refund.
