Exchanges and returns
You have 14 days from when you receive your order. The whole process is managed online in a couple of minutes.

Go to the returns portal
Start the process with your order number. You can choose a refund, a garment or size exchange, or a gift card.

Prepare the parcel
Garments must be unworn, unwashed and with their label on. Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.
3
Receive your refund or exchange
The refund is automatic as soon as we check the parcel at the warehouse: between 2 and 5 days from receipt.

Conditions
Returns cannot exceed 14 days from receipt of the parcel. Becay may send the parcel back to the customer if the product has been washed, has no label or shows signs of use.
Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned.
