Shipping & delivery times
We prepare your order the same day if you order before 1pm (CET). You'll get tracking by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse.

Orders placed after 1pm (CET) are prepared and shipped the next business day. If the delivery time for your country has passed and your order hasn't arrived, email us with your order number and we'll look into it.
During collection launches, Black Friday and Christmas, shipping may take longer than usual because of high demand.
Cancellations: email us at hello@becay.store. We refund the full amount (shipping included) as long as the order hasn't been picked and dispatched by our logistics warehouse.
* Customs duties (outside the EU): orders ship from Spain and any import duties are payable by the customer. If a parcel is returned because the duties weren't paid, the cost of the return is deducted from the refund.
Becay is not responsible for delivery errors when the address entered is incorrect or incomplete.
