Shipping and delivery times
We prepare your order the same day if you buy before 1:00 pm (CET). You'll receive the tracking by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse.

Orders placed after 1:00 pm (CET) are prepared and shipped the next business day. If you haven't received your order after the delivery time indicated for your country, write to us with your order number and we'll look into it.
During collection launches, Black Friday and Christmas, shipments may be slightly delayed due to high demand.
Cancellations: write to us at hello@becay.store. We refund the full amount (shipping included) as long as the order hasn't been prepared and loaded by our logistics warehouse.
Customs duties (outside the EU): the origin is Spain and any import duties are borne by the customer. If the parcel is returned due to unpaid duties, the return cost is deducted from the refund.
Becay is not responsible for delivery errors when the address entered does not match reality or information has been omitted.
