Cancellation policy

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order by writing to hello@becay.store with your order number. We will refund the full amount (shipping included) as long as the order has not been prepared and loaded onto the courier trucks by our logistics warehouse. Once shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it as described below.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason, through our returns and exchanges portal. Garments must be unworn, unwashed and with their original tags. For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned. The pickup and shipping costs for each zone are detailed in our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Subscriptions and recurring payments

Becay does not currently offer subscription products or services and no recurring charges are made. If subscription purchase options are offered in the future, their cancellation terms will be detailed in this policy.
