Shipping policy
When you place your order you will receive a confirmation email and, as soon as the order leaves the warehouse, another one with the tracking number. Orders placed after 1:00 pm (CET) are prepared and shipped the next working day.
If the time indicated for your destination has passed and you have not received your order, write to hello@becay.store with your order number and we will look into it. During collection launches, Black Friday and Christmas, shipments may be slightly delayed due to high demand.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order by writing to hello@becay.store with your order number. We will refund the full amount (shipping included) as long as the order has not been prepared and loaded onto the courier trucks by our logistics warehouse.
Incorrect addresses
Becay will not be responsible for delivery errors when the address provided does not match the actual one or information has been omitted. Please double-check your address before confirming your order.
