Refund policy
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to exchange or return it, without giving any reason. Everything is handled in minutes through our returns and exchanges portal.
How it works
- Enter the portal with your order number and choose an exchange of garment or size, a refund or a gift card.
- The refund is issued automatically to the original payment method as soon as the package is checked at our warehouse; that process can take 2 to 5 days from receipt of the package.
- Garments must be unworn, unwashed and with their original tags. If a garment arrives washed, without its tag or with signs of use, we may send it back to you without processing the refund.
- For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned.

Faulty garments or incorrect orders
If your garment arrives with a fault or manufacturing defect, or you have received an item that does not match your order, write to hello@becay.store attaching a photo and we will solve it as soon as possible, at no cost to you.
Legal guarantee
In addition to the return period, all our garments are covered by the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery provided for in Spanish consumer protection law. If a product shows a lack of conformity, contact us at hello@becay.store.
